(BELAJAR/MENGAJI)
Program ini dirancang untuk memperkuat pondasi keilmuan Islam bagi para santri melalui kajian-kajian rutin seperti Tafsir Al-Qur’an, Hadits, Fiqih, Akidah, dan Bahasa Arab. Santri dibimbing oleh asatidz yang berpengalaman untuk memahami dan mengamalkan ilmu agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

PENGABDIAN MASYARAKAT
Santri dilatih untuk memiliki kepedulian sosial dan semangat pengabdian melalui kegiatan dakwah, menjadi pengajar di TPQ, serta membantu program sosial masyarakat sekitar. Tujuannya agar santri tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga bermanfaat bagi lingkungan.

Program ini mendorong santri untuk aktif mengajar baik di internal pesantren maupun masyarakat, termasuk mengajar mengaji anak-anak, memberikan kultum, dan menjadi pembicara dalam forum-forum edukatif. Ini adalah bagian dari latihan kepemimpinan dan komunikasi.

Pesma memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada santri dalam berwirausaha, baik secara individu maupun berkelompok. Kegiatan ini melatih santri menjadi pribadi mandiri, kreatif, dan mampu melihat peluang usaha sejak dini, sebagai bekal kehidupan pasca kampus.
